Review requests and routing
A branded email invites guests to review after a visit, and guests are routed by their rating, so happy guests reach a public site and unhappy ones reach you privately first.
When you'd use it
To grow review volume without manual chasing, and to catch unhappy guests before they post publicly.
How it behaves
A branded email can be sent automatically after a guest visits, with the delay tunable, sent from Stampede or a verified sender of your own. The guest taps through to leave a rating and a comment.
Routing is by rating. A guest who rates at or above a set threshold, four stars by default, is sent to a public platform such as Google or TripAdvisor to post there; a guest who rates below it is kept on a private feedback path to the venue, giving the team a chance to resolve it before it becomes a public review.
Beyond the post-visit email, reviews can also be collected from a Wi-Fi “Happy or Not” splash, a printable QR code, and a shareable link.
