How it works

Reviews asks guests for a review after a visit, keeps unhappy feedback private, pulls your Google reviews into one inbox, and drafts replies in your brand voice for the team to approve.

how feedback comes back
01Request

Asked after a visit.

A branded email invites the guest to leave a review, so feedback arrives while the visit is fresh.

02Routing

Happy goes public.

Four stars and above go to a public platform. Anything lower stays on a private path to the venue.

03Reply

A draft to approve.

Replies are generated in the venue’s brand voice for the team to edit and post back to Google.

How it behaves

After a visit, a branded email invites the guest to leave a review. Guests who rate at or above a threshold, four stars by default, are sent to a public platform such as Google; guests who rate below it are kept on a private feedback path to the venue, so you hear a complaint before it becomes a public one-star.

Your Google reviews are pulled into one feedback inbox alongside the reviews guests leave with you directly, tagged by source, rating and sentiment. Google is the connected public source that is pulled in and replied to; other public sites are used as destinations to send happy guests to, rather than being aggregated.

For each review the team can generate a reply in the venue’s brand voice, edit it, and post it back to Google, or set rules that draft and, if you choose, auto-approve replies. Reports show how ratings and sentiment move over time, for one venue or a group, and you can track nearby competitors for comparison.

Reviews tie to the same guest profile as bookings, Wi-Fi and loyalty, so reputation is part of the whole guest picture.
