Digital wallet passes
The loyalty card is added to the guest’s Apple or Google Wallet, so their balance and member QR are always to hand without an app.
When you'd use it
To keep membership present on the guest’s phone and make earning and redemption frictionless, with no app to install.
How it behaves
A guest’s loyalty pass is added to their Apple or Google Wallet, sitting alongside their boarding passes and bank cards. The pass is styled with the venue’s brand kit and carries the guest’s points balance, their name, the year they became a member, and a member QR code.
That QR code is the guest’s identity in venue: staff scan it to award points and to redeem rewards. As points are earned and rewards are claimed, the balance on the pass reflects the change, so there is nothing to download and nothing to lose in an app store.

Good to know
The wallet pass is a delivery surface for the same balance held on the guest profile.
Scanning the member QR both earns points and redeems rewards, so one code does the whole job.
No app download is ever required of the guest.
