Guest behaviour and cohorts
Track new versus returning guests, how often they come back, and follow a retention cohort over time to see who keeps coming back.
When you'd use it
To diagnose retention early and measure the impact of lifecycle marketing.
How it behaves
Track new, return and opted-in guests, the repeat rate, and how footfall spreads by day and time from Wi-Fi. A monthly retention cohort follows each month’s new guests to see how many come back in the months after.
In the bookings report, guests are grouped into VIP, regular and occasional and a lifetime value is worked out, and review reporting sits alongside with average rating, NPS and sentiment. To act on a group such as at-risk or lapsed regulars, build an audience and target it.
